Let me also say that Ricky and I will be married EIGHT YEARS tomorrow.
We decided we would go out for dinner and some type of fun on Saturday to celebrate. Also because we desperately needed a break from a certain set of three year olds. It was the only day during this cold I was unable to taste or smell. To make matters way, way, way worse, we went to our favorite steakhouse. And to top it off, we were going to walk around Market Street but it started raining when we were walking to the car from dinner. Yep, can't make it up folks!
Anyway, tomorrow the kids and I will be up and in the medical center early. I am going to register at the hospital before my appointment with the OB since the appointments are sooooo long. They are so excited to see the baby. It's so cute now because if they hear a little baby crying they ask me what that is and if it's my baby. Do they know something about this baby I don't? Like it will cry a lot? They follow that by telling me how much they love and like my baby. So flippin cute!
Wednesday morning the five of us (+ baby Patton) will be leaving at 4:30 AM :( to head to the hospital. Surgery is scheduled to start at 7:30 and I figure we will be home by mid day at the latest.
Also, I wonder if Dr. Adam will let 3 little assistants in the OR on delivery day? Probably not but we do EVERYTHING as a family and the thought of them having to stay somewhere for at least 3 days when I have this baby is not something I'm looking forward to. Unless it's an amazing vacation, I want my favorite peeps with me!
