I guess this is going around Facebook.... everyday you are suppose to share what you are thankful for until Thanksgiving. Well, I'm not going to list them on Facebook but on our blog!!
Day 1: I am thankful for a little boy named Brody Gerald Patton that entered my life on Thursday, July 1, 2010 at 9:11pm and gave me and his daddy a little cry at birth!
Day 2: I am thankful for a little miracle named Gracie Ann Patton that entered my life on Thursday, July 1, 2010 at 9:11pm and proved to everyone in her life including the doctors that God is real.
Day 3: I am thankful for a feisty little firecracker named Madilynn Faith Patton that entered my life on Thursday, July 1, 2010 at 9:11pm and acts the same way as she did in my tummy.... wild!
I have so much to be thankful for that I could list one new thing every day for the rest of my life.
What are you thankful for?
Here is something to think about..
What if you woke up tomorrow with only the things you thanked God for the day before???

quick update on Gracie
I was told by the Orthopedic this afternoon that Gracie WAS suppose to be admitted into the hospital last night. We are incredibly furious about this. Now we have to wait until Monday afternoon for her MRI.
Please keep praying for her. He said that just because her blood work looked ok does not mean she is without a bone infection. We are hoping for the best and eagerly await tomorrow morning when I get hold of Administration at Texas Children's. At the very least I will ask to have the MRI done tomorrow. The problem is given her history, an Anesthesiologist has to be with her during the sedation. She has had this done before- back in June so I'm not worried about the test just the results.

First trip to the Emergency Room
Yesterday started off great. I woke up early and was to the grocery store by 7:30 while Ricky and the kids were sleeping. I came back, unloaded groceries, made the kiddos breakfast, everyone got dressed and ready for Gracie's Orthopedic appointment.
This was the very fist time meeting with this Orthopedic. He is with Texas Children's as is our other Ortho but he goes out to The Woodlands campus so I was really excited to have someone so close.
We were there to follow up on Gracie's leg and knee. While there, we told the doctor about some pain Gracie seemed to have in her shoulder for about a week know. He wanted x rays immediately.
