Quick update: The baby is PERFECTION! Had my appointment today and the ultrasound was taking a while. I'm always very nervous going to the doctor considering what we've been through so I quickly asked if everything was okay. The nurse said everything was fine but she was trying to get a measurement of the neck and the baby wouldn't be still long enough!! It was amazing to see him or her waving it's little arms, specifically one like it was saying hello and it was turning from back to side over and over again. It's little hand is perfection. Everything is just wonderful. I even got to see it's face. The nurse was finally able to get the measurement and said we could find out if it is a boy or girl today but we will know for sure in 2 weeks so I opted to wait for several reasons. Dr. Adam came in and did another ultrasound for herself and is extremely pleased at the way everything looks and the baby. She said after surgery tomorrow everything will be great.
The kids were with me today and were so excited to hear it's heartbeat and see the baby. The girls both said they like my baby when we were leaving. Madi said she also has a baby and held up her shirt so now I'm trying to tell her only I have a baby.
