spare time

I'm finding myself with time on my hands since I've finished up all my classes and waiting on my mini term to start on Monday. It seems so weird! We've been really busy this week so time is going by so fast.
I cannot believe Christmas is 11 days away! Speaking of Christmas, a BIG thank you to my Aunt Judi & Uncle Daryl and Aunt Cathy & Uncle James for sending the kids Christmas money. We went on a family outing to Walmart tonight when Ricky got home from work and bought them some really cool stuff with that money. The biggest greatest thing was a program called My Baby Can Read. Ricky and I are so excited to start this program with the kids. The rest of the Christmas money was transferred into their growing savings accounts which we are very excited to watch grow! It is a huge blessing for their future!
And of course I can never stop myself when at any store when it comes to the kids. We bought a horn that goes on a bike (because Madi loves to honk them), a bouncy ball that lights up, two whistles, and some little sensory thing I really can't explain :)
Have I mentioned the Madi and Gracie can whistle? Well they can!
Today we had our Orthopedic follow up. The doctor did another x ray of her arm. Turns out it was broken and not an infection. He can't figure out how that arm keep breaking (this is the 2nd break) so tomorrow when we go to Genetics, we will order test to see if she has brittle bones. Also, he said if her foot (the bad one) continues to be so tight, she will need reconstructive surgery. We will go back in 4 months to follow up on the foot and leg stuff. Her arm has healed great so there is no follow up on that. All that stress and worry for nothing but we are feeling very lucky it wasn't the worse!
Meme is watching Madi while Brody, Gracie, and I go to TCH tomorrow. Wish her luck.
Did everyone receive their Christmas cards yet? I was going to send out 20 but there were only a lucky 12 sent out since I hand made them.
