I almost forgot...
Mr. Man had his first appointment with the Chiropractor today. All of the x rays of his spine and neck came in and the results are better than we thought. Apparently, in your neck you have vertebrae number L1-L5. Brody's L2 is forward and pressing down on his L3. The good news is we can help this! WHOO HOO! So, my sweet boy will go weekly until we see some results. This doctor is so amazing.
I was also able to get Brody an appointment with the BEST retina specialist in Texas if not one of the best in the U.S. Everyone in the health care circle thought she had retired but luckily she didn't. We will go see her at the beginning of January. We need to make sure that his retinas stay in good shape.
Tomorrow Brody's VI teacher will be out to work with him. I hope we will have our information to contact DARS and know when his other "cane teacher" will be out.
And then there is Friday. Thank goodness Gracie has no clue what is going on but can it already be Saturday so we can be past the surgery?
