The babies had their first dental appointment yesterday. It went well. The dentist said we are doing everything right :) and he won't need to see them back until they are 2. He did say they should have a lot more teeth than they do but it is common for preemies.
Brody's VI teacher came out this morning. I like her so much. She does such a great job with Brody and he laughs and smiles the entire visit. Finally, work that he likes to do!
We've got an appointment with a speech company in Kingwood in an hour. I hope it goes well so we don't have to drive far.
Madi is standing on her own now. Well, she will until she realizes that she isn't holding on to anything and then she quickly sits down or grabs hold of something. She has one voice level now, very loud squeals. She is so my child :)
Gracie's surgery is a week and a day away. I'm getting nervous like I always do but I'm so happy and excited for her.
The Gastro's nurse called regarding all Brody's blood work but all she could say is that it is in but the doctor is in surgery all day so I won't know anything until tomorrow. In the mean time, he is doing really well. Yesterday Ricky was holding him and making a funny noise and Brody was laughing so hard. It was so awesome. We were all just laughing away.
The kids being happy, laughing, being silly, just kids is what keeps us going. How can we not? They are so amazing and full of love and happiness. I know we are doing a good job at raising them because of this. The details will work out. It always has and Faith tells me it always will.
