If you think my hands are full you should see my heart

The kiddos had a birthday party to attend yesterday. They've got quite the social schedule these days. They had fun and so did I so we'll call that a success.
Something totally amazing, totally awesome, another screaming, jump up and down moment happened. Yesterday morning we were all in the living room playing away and all of a sudden Ricky got my attention and pointed at Gracie who was........ CRAWLING!!!!! Not slow but FAST!!!! What is so amazing about this is when we had a big meeting with PT last week they said she mechanically is unable to crawl and they were unsure of why but something to do with her leg. The other thing is I've put her in the crawl position for MONTHS. She has been screaming and mad at me week after week but we fought through it each time. All of a sudden she did it! And not only did she do it, she was so happy about it! And little sunshine really is trying to figure out how to get from the sofa to the recliner by walking. She is really telling us so much these days. The loudest thing I hear is "I'm a big girl mom and I'm going to be just fine" So at eighteen and a half months old, my Gracie is unstoppable! You go girl!!!!
So once we finished going crazy over Gracie's newest success, I looked Brody dead in the eye and told him he has no choice and the lazy days are over. I followed that by exercises which he screamed and "cried" the entire time. I don't count it as crying unless I see tears and even then I tell him to suck it up. It drives me crazy that he has no desire to want to be on his feet. But Brody has always had his own little plan and time frame. I cannot wait for his stander to be in.
Ricky took the kids to the Pediatrician on Friday and then stopped by the grocery store with all three. For the first time at eighteen and a half months old, Ricky finally went out in public with all three kids! Mission accomplished :) Anyway, all three of the kids are in the 18 pound range. It really drives me crazy. I don't know why our kids are so small still. They eat like crazy. Seriously, they ate 4 cups (measuring cup- cups) of oatmeal the other day and they always eat an insane amount of food. They eat so much that I have to make two shopping trips because the cart is always way full of just their food. I really wanted them to be at the 20 pound mark at this checkup. Other than that, they are doing great and are healthy which is wonderful.
We went to look at some land the other day. We really loved the community but I don't want to be that far out. Ricky of course loved it and really want to build there. I cannot imagine the commute into downtown when I go back to work. I don't know. It is really nice and what we are looking for, just wish it were a little closer. The great thing is you can buy 1- 10+ acres there. Ricky want 10 and I say the most 5 but he want a huge pond. I don't know if feels so pioneerish and I'm just not sure if I'm up to it... we'll see.
Speaking of pioneerish (which isn't a word by the way) the reason Ricky took the kids to the doctor on Friday was because we bought  80 pounds of boneless skinless chicken breast- all organic from a wholesaler so I was putting up and cooking all of that chicken. It took hours and by the end of it I thought I was going to become a vegetarian. It was a huge savings though. You can't get the prices and the grocery store and the quality is so amazing!
In more random news, our tile looks great and I can finally mop it today.
Hope everyone has a great Sunday! I'll update again soon.
